This adventure was brought to you by the Letter 'C'.

Life. It's the small annoyances that make it run.

I am currently broke, very broke. And as such I am looking for a job.

I hate job hunting. All that finding a job that you're suited to, tweaking the resume and writing the cover letter only to find out they want a 17 year old because they're cheaper.

Oh well. Persistence and you shall find what's right for you. Right?

In other news, I had a fabulous weekend. It was mine and Arron's 2nd year anniversary so we booked a hotel in the city and had a special weekend (or a dirty weekend as my dad calls it). We wandered in the city and did some shopping and then headed back to the hotel for foxtel and preping to head out to Clare's 25th (which happens to be on the same day) at Cafe Fellini's in O'Connell street North Adelaide.

The food was fabulous, and the company was good, as I knew most people there and hadn't seen many of them in a while. Best of all was the desert pizza! With melted chocolate and ice cream... So good! Worth going there again, if just for that! Also bumped into some old friends quite randomly whom I haven't seen in ages! That was a nice finish to the night.
Then back to the room for more discovery channel. I wish I could afford and justify getting foxtel. I love the documentary channels.

Earlier this week, Scout also came over for tea... Finally. I made calzone and cake, and bread (it's cheaper than buying bread pre made in loaves - believe it or not). And really enjoyed the day and night. Unfortunately The friend I'm trying to set him up with couldn't come. Oh well. I shall just have to wait another day to try my hand at matchmaking.

Other than that, that's the eventful happenings in my life in the moment. Too broke to really go into town and do things, but have done everything to do at home. No wonder the old stereotypical housewife drank sherry. it gave them something to do.

Oh, and I can't go outside. We have bee's. They're near the toilet (the toilets inside, the bee's are outside) and I hate it. I really can't stand bees, and I am afraid of them hurting my cats. Aaron says he'll look at them tonight, but I wish they would just go away. I guess it could be worse though. They could be swarming. Fingers crossed they don't think of that.
