Ok... I have been corrupted.

Carl and a few of his friends collects figurines when they can (afford it) and some of them are really quite cool. Most of them are from Todd McFarlain, the creator of Spawn. You can see them at spawn.com, go to toys. From there pick what you like, but I highly recommend McFarlanes Monsters series 2 and 4. NOT FOR KIDS! Trust me.
Anyway... Because of that I have been spending a lot of time in Kollectible Kaos (a store on rundle mall in Adelaide) lately. They also stock Bleeding Edge Goths, which are actually quite beautiful dolls... The one that caught my fancy however, was an exclusive one that is supposedly only available online to members of the site. Her name is Siphon and today she became mine. The only problem, is that she's also collectible, and so I don't want to taker her out of the box...

I am now a collector... And quite happy with it... Although I have no place to put them or display them... I have to wait till I get a big house with lots of room. Ah, dreams for the future.

In other news:
I've enrolled now, so I'm officially a student again. Although I still I have no real idea about what I'm doing. I enrolled online, and as usual, the website never tells me what I really want to know.
Still no news on the Coles/Myer job.

Ahhh, the old conundrum of collectible vs. coolness. I fall victim to this all the time. :-( It all depends on;
a) how many were produced
b) how many sold
c) how many customers they were available to and
d) how much you can control yourself! Hahaha.
My biggest decision at the moment is whether or not to remove Blade from the box and play with him because he is so damn cool. Only cost me $20 from eBay, but very hard to get a hold of. Can’t make up my mind! And no, I’m not talking about the stupid vampire Blade you cretins, rather the classic ’89 horror movie about puppets who come to life and kill people. I've had the doll for nearly 6 months now and STILL can't make up my mind.

PS. Kollectible Kaos, Movie Maniacs, and that other one tucked away in the arcade behind Rundle Mall Dymocks all kick ass ;-)
