Ok first things first, my computer is crap. It's old and needs formatting... I hate it with a passion.

Other than that, my life has been... Interesting.
Last week was fairly standard. I ended up seeing 'hero' on Wednesday, and that was pretty cool. I had fun just camping out in the cinema watching it without anyone else to interrupt the movie. I liked the movie a lot as well. There was amazing use of colour and contrasts and fantastic scenery to compliment the colour scenes. It was really creative and I like that in movies. Not much of a story line, but fantastic cinematography. 4 stars.

Other than that I just pottered around town and Marion doing Christmas shopping. Oh, I did get to catch up with Clare and Jenn that week too. That was a lot of fun. Me and Clare went crazy around Marion then harbourtown (a place for really good outlet shopping for those playing outside of Adelaide). Then we came back to mine and watched 'Troy' and coloured in wrapping paper with crayons =).

Crashed at Carls that nite, then went to the zoo on Saturday! It was quite excellent. We saw the lions being fed, and the tigers! Even though there was a dickhead who climbed over the barrier to get a better photo. Grrr.... Also went to the nocturnal house and the reptile house. Both full of stupid Americans that knew nothing about anything, but still pretended to. Other than the idiots, we had a lot of fun and I got to see the meerkats (my favourite animal ever).
That night was necromancy, which was supposed to be really great, but it went down hill when we arrived at enigma. The group in front of us as we went in was full of Broken Hill people. Among those people was Tain (an ex), of all people. 'Maybe he won't go upstairs' thought I... Low and behold he was there, and from the moment he saw me (even though he was standing behind me, and didn't recognise me) he started giving me shit. It was not a good thing. So, I went and had a double, or three rather quickly and by then he gave up talking to me and sodded off, only to be kicked out (so I heard later) for play fighting *stoopid*. That by itself would not have been too bad, but I saw 6 other people from Broken Hill that night and most of them reminded me of all the reasons why I never want to go back there.
it was a good night... But that all put a dampener on many things.

As we didn't get back till 5:30am, Sunday was pretty much written off, but he did cook for me, and HE IS A FANTASTIC COOK!!! It was brilliant! It was a meat dish in a tomatoy sauce with rice. Man, it was soooo yummy.

Now, I'm just trying to get all my shopping together, and organising things before I go to Broken Hill. It's all booked and I have the tickets. And I'm also going to go on a cleaning spree, and even scrub the shower curtain. Yes, there is still no real purpose in my life, but, hey... At least I'm getting through each day.
